Roman has been involved with the entertainment industry since 1999 while working at WXRK 92.3 K-Rock radio in New York City as a promotions coordinator. In 2001, he left to pursue a marketing position with independent concert promoter Metropolitan Entertainment. In 2003, after 2 great years with Metropolitan Entertainment, the company was unfortunately bought by Clear Channel Entertainment, closing the doors at Metropolitan Entertainment. In late 2003, Roman went back to K-Rock doing weekend promotions to stay involved in the entertainment industry while trying to find his true calling in life.

2004 brought about a new page in Roman's career as he founded and opened up GUARDIAN ARTIST MANAGEMENT LLC, in hopes to be the key of success for many artists' careers in the entertainment industry. With a solid background in the entertainment field with key industry contacts, GUARDIAN ARTIST MANAGEMENT will soon grow to become a recognized company in artist services!
